You will need the Shopify or Advanced Plan to sell and redeem Physical Gift Cards with Shopify POS.

Please note that Gift cards are shipped from the US using United States Parcel Service. When they arrive in Ireland, they are transferred to Parcelforce who will have the cards cleared with Irish Customs. Your gift card order may be subject to duties, taxes, and other tariffs that Shopify can not assume the responsibility for and will be billed direct to you by Parcelforce before they will complete delivery. Gift card shipments may also be subject to interventions and investigations by Irish Customs, at their discretion, which can result in delivery delays. Shopify recommends to check the tracking link regularly and follow up with Customs and/or Parcelforce directly if you have any questions regarding this process.

Gift cards printed can have up to a 1/8" margin of error regarding how images are centred due to the card cutting process. This is a industry standard, which can occasionally result in up to a 3mm off-centre image in any direction for the artwork, and would not be eligible for replacement.
